The Firhill Complex, Glasgow
During a six week period from July 2011, Fairways Sportsgrounds replaced a previously used synthetic carpet with an all-new 3G FIFA 1 star carpet - an Edel Grass DS Future 57 - at The Firhiil Complex, in Glasgow. The Complex -used by the community and local football academies - can set the pitch up for full size matches or for across-pitch seven-a-side and five-a-side games. The work was completed in August 2011 and in use immediately after handover.
