Bowling Greens
As the chosen contractor for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games Lawn Bowling Greens facility at Kelvingrove, we have valuable experience and knowledge to pass on. Many clubs use a natural grass playing surface. However, increasingly clubs and committees are replacing existing grass banks with synthetically surfaced banks. This reduces maintenance and gives an enhanced appearance. Over the years the team at Fairways Sportsgrounds has completed a number of new build bowling green outdoor complexes. Works have included not only green construction but also irrigation and pathworks.
