North West Campus, Dumfries
Fairways Sportsgrounds is playing its role in one of several large scale initiatives in Dumfries.
Futures Trust, the partnership of Dumfries and Galloway Council, Hub South West and main contractor GRAHAM Construction has created a brand new Learning Campus. Fairways Sportsgrounds has been contracted to build some top class sporting facilities. Underway is a full size synthetic World Rugby 3G pitch, a full size natural grass pitch and a seven-a-side natural grass pitch.
The World Rugby 3G pitch was completed in Aprl 2018, the MUGA is nearing completion with its shock pad and carpet layer already down while the natural grass pitches seeded late Spring 2017 are now well established.
